Refund the money

Hello My name is Surajit. I am a new user and i had purchased and paid the amount through paisa pay. But the seller didn't ship the item. This was my first transaction in ebay and i got blunderd. Though they told that my refund has been approved and i will get the refund in 2 to 3 days. @day i have called in ebay toll free customer care and now they are telling that it will take 15 days to get my refund. Now how should i trust ebay. I am new user and this was my first transaction. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Hi Seema,

Can u please help me in getting my money refunded.
My order status shows "tem deleted or archived. Contact customer support." (In ' My PaisaPay ' ->' Bought with PaisaPay 'tab) in your system.
I spoke with the Seller who says that there is some problem with the system so they won't be able to ship out the product.They have asked me to claim for a refund.
And when I go to "My PasiaPay" and under the tab that says "Refund/Cancellation" it shows "There are no items to be displayed".
So how can I claim for the refund via online.
Can tell me how can we get this sorted out asap.

from 398 RS & after shipping it is 437 but i am not sure why

it was also my first transaction...
i got the msg from ebay that you refund will be proccesed in 2-3 days....but not recieved...
they dont even rply for my mails...
do u got ur refund???
i dont know their cc no...can anyone tell me..
