Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

I agree with you priya ji.
This stro code is only to keep a check on the paypal transactions. The small sellers are not covered under the major exports acts.

I think as our buyers are direct users as a retail.

Q.so is there any rules & regulation in FEMA for retail export ?

and i think it would be same way implied on e-commerce web store. My web store work is on half way. and I have to think to sale with e-commerce web store also,as there is also a paypal checkout.

I didn't heard ever about retail exporting as our buyers are direct users.

is there anybody has KEY for this lock ?

" Purpose of withdrawal "

and all have to select "proceed from export"

Proceeds from export of goods include:
Value of export bills negotiated / purchased/discounted etc. (covered under GR/PP/SOFTEX/EC copy of shipping bills etc.)
Cross border shipment of goods and services for which you file GR / PP / SOFTEX / EC forms.

so finally all have to make export procedure with each transaction.

Hope ebay will guide us for this.

Dear Friends
Just now i have initiated a bank withdrawal from PayPal, i just selected the reason- Cross border shipment of goods and services
I don't know what is next .... lets hope for the good thing to happen after suffering for past 40 days

Hi, i received the check today. It came from Sweden.
Online bank withdrawl is open on paypal now, but there is no space to put the p0104 purpose code.
Will paypal help us and clarify in detail?

Does this mean all those who have shipped goods less than 25000 USD need not submit bills / invoices for shipment and just the normal method of withdrawal by just selecting cross border shipment will do?

I have withdrawn to my credit card. any idea how long it takes?
