My case Id is 109199 From last 2 weeks, I am regularly calling for my refund, but still I did not got any single reply from Ebay. I should say, this is the worst service I had ever seen among all Online Shopping sites. If the seller is agree for the refund, I had sent the product back to seller and around 14 days already passed. But still I am not assisted by any one of your Employee properly.Everyday, i am assured by customer care to get a call within 1 hours, 1 day etc from refund department but not a single call I had ever received.
I think,this was my last transaction ever on this site.
