My case Id is 109199 From last 2 weeks, I am regularly calling for my refund, but still I did not got any single reply from Ebay. I should say, this is the worst service I had ever seen among all Online Shopping sites. If the seller is agree for the refund, I had sent the product back to seller and around 14 days already passed. But still I am not assisted by any one of your Employee properly.Everyday, i am assured by customer care to get a call within 1 hours, 1 day etc from refund department but not a single call I had ever received.
I think,this was my last transaction ever on this site.

once you receive your refund please post a positive reply.
if seller has agreed for a refund you will surely get it. have some patience.

I think, if the seller has approved my refund 15days ago, then what the point of delaying everything.
By the way, it made me unsatisfied.
I think my refund is approved tudy, but still unhappy from the service.

The delay in your refund was caused by eBay, and not by your Seller. Everyone knows that eBay takes some time to refund. So, why loose patience?

I too have the same problem, my refund claim id is 111765, I have called them atleast 4 times in 2 weeks, in the last call they said I will get a call today itself, but still no response.

WORST SERVICE.

ebay doesn't sell item buy their own like many other sites.
it takes time and again if your case is genuine you will get your refund.

please post a reply here once received your money.

it's not a an offline shopping to get your money instantly .it takes time.
