Gyus do not depend on EBAY GURANTEE, that you will get your claim or your money is safe.
I raised a claim about a purchase on 29th Nov. I got an email on 2nd Dec that I need to give further details about the claim. Within 2 hours I send an email with further details along with the photograps.
I was surprised to get an email on 4th Decemebr that my claim has been closed because I did not reply within 48 hours.
If this is the techique used to close the claims without giving any consideration to buyers, what is the use of this GURANTEE. So please do not believe that you will get anything out of this EBAY GURANTEE in case something goes wrong with the purchase. Think that your money will go down the drain once you pay by credit card , so guys "THE RISK IS ALL YOURS WHEN YOU PAY"
