Seller (Not a registered user) soon after I bought and paid for the item!!!

I bought a facia for my mobile from a seller with good feedback of 100%. I paid for the item and received mail from the seller saying that the item will reach me withing 9 days. But 2 days later his status in ebay is shown to be as "No longer registered with eBay". He is not responding to my mails now. What should I do?

"Not a registered user" can refer to members who have cancelled their membership, or whose membership has been suspended by eBay. For example, a member whose correct contact information is no longer on file with us may have their registration suspended until the new contact information is entered. In either case, while the member appears as "not a registered user", he is not allowed to buy or sell on eBay.

This is not a serious matter. Ebay regularly screens the sellers and if they find something wrong they suspend the seller. So the seller may show as not a registered seller. My id has also been suspended twice for some errors. If this happens you can sometimes contact the seller through ebay's mail service. If the seller is genuine most of the times they are, you will get the items in time. And if you paid for the item through paisa pay and the seller is suspended, your payment will be refunded to you, so you cannot expect to receive the item when your money has been refunded.

I bought a mobile from a seller with good feedback of 100%.

i had purchased this item no 190040020432
but the moment my payment was confirmed on 18 oct 2006 suddenly the seller status changed to -" no longer registered with e-bay"

till today i have not recieved my item till now ,he is not answering to my mails and even his mobile is switched off ,

can you please give me timelines as when my item will be delievered or else should i cancell my payment ?
