Payment not made by ebay to the seller

I have made my payment of Rs.501 for the item through online banking.

The seller also didnt receive the amount.

The amount was paid through ebay's account.

What should I do for the seller to receive the amount and I getting the product.

Hi coolerns,

If your payment has been confirmed and paid then seller should ship teh item. eBay PaisaPay team woudl send teh payment to teh seller on a weekly basis. If your payment is still in pending state then its better you contact eBay about the reson and get the matter solved.
