Dear Sir/madam, I had ordered an item on 17/10/2014 and initiated for a refund on 27/10/2014 as i had not received my order.EBAY has approved my refund request but still i have not received the refund to my credit card account(canara bank).I have confirmed this from the bank people they said till now credit has not been happened to my account.I tried to contact the EBAY customer care but no one responded.There is no reply for my email also.Chat system takes very long time to come online to respond to our queries.I have tried all three modes of contact but there is no response.Request you to please provide me the refund at the earliest.
