Brief details about our order:
Item Ordered: Asus X54C-SX454D Laptop (2nd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ DOS) (Black) – Qty 2 nos.
PaisaPay payment was approved on 24-Aug-13. We paid the order total of Rs. 50,350.00 using Credit Card.
Seller details: laptop.360
We received only 1(One) quantity of the above item ordered through Blue Dart Courier vide consignment number: 44044180913 on 4th September 2013, and did not receive the second quantity.
Hence raised a claim on 13th September 2013 for the second number Laptop, as the same have not reached us even after waiting for a week. But we neither got the item ordered nor the refund till date.
When we reported that we have not received the Laptop and as per your advice we even tried contacting the seller, but no reply from him by e-mail and his contact number was switched off.
In this context we would like you to refer to our earlier e-mail dated Nov 12, 2013. We have not yet received any response from your end and was surprised to know from
e- bay claims department that they have in-fact closed the case without resolving/responding to our complaint regarding this fraud.
We have received another communication from e-bay asking us to ship the consignment back to the seller without any guarantee from your end (e-bay) that on doing so the entire amount will be refunded to us.
Neither we have any kind of guarantee that the seller would confirm receipt of our material, when he does not even reply to our e-mail / mobile and have not supplied the consignment as per the order and payments made.
Hence request you to kindly arrange to issue a refund of Rs 25,175/- for one Laptop since we have not received the same till now.
We feel we have been cheated for this transaction through e-bay and would appeal e-bay to reconsider our case.
Is there any ways to get our refund!
