I have purchased this item on October 24. I was supposed to get it by Nov 5. I waited till Nov 9. And I still haven't got the item. The tracking number the seller provided is invalid. So, I initiated a refund on Nov 9. On Nov 13, my refund request has been put on hold.
I had contacted ebay on the phone on Nov 14, they said they would refund me within 48 hours. Today, it's Nov 21. I still haven't got my refund, nor did I get the item. It's a lot of money on the line here. I want my money back ASAP.
