Global Ebay -Listing an item again and again even though they can't ship it

I have seen many times that items on Global Ebay are not shipped and no reasons are given. Almost always the same items are again available for purchase.

Why does the reseller keep on listing them again and again if they can't be shipped ?

I checked the seller in US who was selling the item which GEB could not ship. Now I have again bought a similar item from another seller in US through GEB. Let's see if Global Ebay can ship it this time or not.

Update on my post -
Global Ebay again cancelled my order. The payment is yet to be refunded.

After discussing with some friends of mine, I found out that the same item can be bought on Amazon and the customs and duty combined still comes out cheaper than GEB and shipping is faster.

Now Ebay moves still down on my list of buying places.

This is to safeguard every one not to buy any mobile from eBay's Global Easybuy US.

While these phones are offered dirt cheap, they are locked with telecom providers (Sprint, AT&T etc) and shall not work in India.

Once you a buy a product, the overseas sellers conveniently remove the details and in effect ship you a different product.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
