Trouble sending a payment

I recently bought one game from an indian seller. I am from Portugal and this was my first time buying something from ebay.in. However I am having a problem. The "pay now" button isn't working and I can't pay the seller. Unfortunately I don't know what to do. I am trying to pay the seller with paisapay but none of the payment links seem to be working. All the other links are working just fine. What should I do? I already contacted ebay but I decided to ask additional help in the community. Thank you very much.
