why this ebay taking 50/- on shipping?worst site in all e-commerce sites

This my 2nd and last shopping from ebay.Iwillbe never blamed again

i have brought javuli cotton nighty from ebay.It is very worst,improper stiching,its not cotton.why ebay is promoting this garbage? waste of money,blaming consumers.Is this correct
