Still didn't receive refund

It's been about 20 days since they said that refund been approved and gives some lic number for reference... which I contacted my bank ppl they says it's invalid Paisapay ID: 46862259019. SR# 1-154157697200

I had returned the wrong product and refund been approved on 20th march Initially they said wait till 31st march when I contacted again they says wait till 3rd April and the saga continues ...only thing remains me is how trustworthy is eBay ???!!!!SR...
