contact the seller to change the order

This is really bad.In the first case ebay is at fault for closing the case even before you receiving the item back and they approving the refund.You should be compensated for this loss. Read the entire help section on ebay and forward it to your Lawy...

If you mean the quantity and duration then it will happen after you acheive certain feedback levels and sales.
