As amishcomp said, you can request the buyer to give you a feedback. But you have to accept that feedback is voluntary and many members - both buyers and sellers - don't bother giving it.
For example, I have so far received 118 feedbacks, but that's less than half of all the purchases I've made at eBay. As for yourself, your profile shows that you have received 2 feedbacks (one + and one -) but you have not given feedback to anyone. See?
