how to complaint against a seller,I hv purchase this mobile through Ebay bill date is 21.Nov.13.

Dear Ebay, I need help on a item purchased from Ebay on 21 nov 2013.I bought this for my sister and she is facing a number of problem again and again.The seller is not in a mood to support his warrenty agreement as per the term on purchase time.
