Coupon value not refunded After seller cancelled order

I have not received either a coupon or a refund against the couppon after the seller cancelled my order of dell laptop. As the coupon was for over Rs. 3000 it is causing a lot of inconvinience. Please help. Paisapay Id- 43567453588
