Hi, I regularly visit ebay looking out for coll mobile handsets at lowest prices. The problem is that many people are just selling mobile accessories under the 'Handset' categories. so when i try to sort by 'Lowest First" i get to see all useless acc...

If the seller does not return the money back as guaranteed on a defective product or if a seller doesnot ship his goods even on recieving the money, will bazee take any legal action against it?:|
