Wrong items under certain categories.

Hi,
I regularly visit ebay looking out for coll mobile handsets at lowest prices. The problem is that many people are just selling mobile accessories under the 'Handset' categories. so when i try to sort by 'Lowest First" i get to see all useless accessories under the 'Handset' Category. Ebay should look upon such sellers.

I received a product under the description "NOKIA HANDSFREE KIT 6610/7210/7250" from IDEAS GALLERY, Mumbai.

When i opened the package, I found that the product was a duplicate one and also not similar to the one stated.

The dealer was very clever in showing some other picture and sending an inferior product. This has hurt me. I have decided not to interact with this dealer.

My trust in online buying in going down, as people are selling duplicate/inferior items. Kindly learn from my mistake.

There are some novice sellers who don't understand the importance of listing at the right places and list products in the wrong categories. This does lead to buyer unpleasantness as you have rightly pointed out.
