Hi,

Did you know that by using the bidder management tool, you as a seller can make your products unavailable to a certain set of buyers? Bidder management is a great tool to reduce chances of a fraud buyers bidding on your product.

In this workshop we will discuss on how you can use bidder management tools effectively to reduce UPI (Unpaid Item).

HOW THE CAN I BLOCK BUYERS WHO ARE LESS THAN 7 DAYS OLD OR LESS THAN 30 DAYS OLD. If we check up the records atleast 60% of UPI are against such buyers. And atleast 90% of nigerian frauds are less than 30 days old on ebay ........



Block buyers who are registered in countries to which I don't ship. -- THESE NIGERIAN FRAUDS REGISTER WITH INDIAN NAME AND ADDRESS AND BID IMMEDIATELY ... HOW CAN I BLOCK THEM !!!


Block buyers who have a feedback score of -1-2-3 or lower. ---THESE NIGERIAN FRAUDS REGISTER NEWLY AnD biD IMMEDIATELY ... HOW CAN I BLOCK THEM THEY DONT HAVE ANY FEEDBACK!!!

Buyer management is a tool through which sellers have the ability to

- Block bidders from bidding or buying your products.
- Create a pre approved bidder list allowing only specific buyers to bid on or buy their products.

What is a blocked bidder list?
A block bidder list is a list of users whom you do not wish to receive bids from. You can add any user who is registered with eBay to this list. When a user who is in the block bidder list tries to bid on your product he will receive an error stating he is not eligible to bid on your product. A blocked bidder list is applicable for all listings.

When can I add or remove a bidder?
You can add or remove users from the block bidder list at any point of time. All changes are effective immediately.

On what basis can you block bidders?
- You can block bidders if they have received up to 3 negative ratings in the last 30 days
- Block bidders with unpaid item strikes
- Block bidders from cities / countries you do not ship to
- You can also add user Id’s in the Block bidder list
