Hi,
Yesterday I made a payment using paisapay on the item no.
5774700598. Immediately after the payment was made, I was shown a
payment pending status on the 'My ebay'. Today when I try to access
the same, there's no listing of the item on MY Ebay. And looking at
the Item listing, it says that the item has been suspended. What does
this mean? and why am I not informed of the same through mail or
through my ebay page?
Secondly, today I won an auction for the item no. 5773162653. Even
this item is not being shown on my ebay page. The item listing shows
'Congratulations you have won this item' but there's no option for me
make the payment, please explain.

Wichtige Hinweise für PAYPAL Nutzer (und Warnung für Neukunden):

Es gibt andere Foren im Internet, die sich ZB. PAYPALSTINKT (alles auf englisch mit punkt COM hinten dran) nennt.Oder: KEINPAYPAL Punkt COM (ebenfalls auf Englisch eintippen)

Leider sind die offiziellen paypal-Foren nicht objektiv,
da immer wieder zu negative Beiträge gelöscht werden.
Ein paypal-Konto ist keineswegs so sicher wie ein Bankkonto bei einer seriösen Bank.
Das Geld kann jederzeit willkürlich von ebay / paypal eingefroren werden.
Natürlich kann auch jeder Käufer, der eine Beschwerde einreicht, eine Kontosperrung herbeiführen.
In manchen Fällen wird das Geld bis 180 Tage einbehalten,
in anderen behält sich paypal einfach das Guthaben.
(Auch wenn es gegen jegliches Recht geschieht)

Die einzige offizielle paypal-Niederlassung ist in England.
Rechtswege sind daher ziemlich langwierig und kompliziert.

Es gibt 100te Horrorgeschichten,
bei denen paypal die Finger im Spiel hat:
(in seltenen Fällen werden externe Betrüger aktiv, die paypal-Konten leerräumen)

Wenn man eine Zahlung per PP erhält, ist sie noch lange nicht gedeckt.
Paypal kann aus vielen Gründen die Zahlung stornieren, oder einfrieren.
Beliebt bei paypal: 'Die Zahlung stammt aus betrügerischen Quellen'
Dann ist das Geld jedenfalls weg, und das Konto vorsorglich gesperrt.
Unter Umständen hat man nach einigem Aufwand (persönliche Dokumente faxen, Reisepass, Kontodaten, Kreditkartennummer, Gasrechnung, Stromrechnung, Wasserrechnung,Versandnachweise, Belege, Geschäftsbeziehungen)
Es gibt auch eine automatische Sperre, wenn man 6500 Umsatz erreicht hat.
Dann muß man ebanfalls viele Dockumente und viel Zeit investieren, um das Konto freizubekommen.
Das funktioniert aber auch nicht immer!!!!
Eine Rückbuchung (Stornierung) kann paypal auch nach Monaten noch machen, wenn mit Kreditkarte gezahlt wurde. Dann hat man entweder das Geld am Konto verloren,
oder man muß ein negatives Saldo am Konto ausgleichen (würde ich nie machen)

telefonischer "Support" ist kostenpflichtig, und keinerlei Hilfe, sondern nur Vertöstung.
Auf mails wird selten geantwortet. Bestenfalls mit Textbausteinen.

Verdächtige Aktivitäten:
Wenn man Pech hat, und viel Geld am Konto hat, und Geld auf sein Bankkonto überweisen will,
sind das für paypal verdächtige Aktivitäten.
Das heißt: Konto wird zur allgemeinen Sicherheit gesperrt.Geld ist vorerst weg. Auch wenns 10.000 Euro sind.
PP gibt in diesem Fall eine großzügige Frist von 15 Tagen um alle geforderten Dokumente an eine kostenpflichtige Nummer zu faxen, die meistens besetzt ist.
Ansonsten wird nicht zu meinen Gunsten entschieden, steht in der paypal Warnung, ohne konkrete Grundnennung.

Resumee: Paypal ist eine kapitalistisch organisierte Mafia, die alle halbwegs legalen Mittel benutzt um an Ihr Geld zu kommen. Von Vertrauenswürdigkeit keine Spur. Als Bank hätte diese Firma in Österreich , Schweiz und Deutschland keinerlei Berechtigung.
Rechnen Sie jederzeit damit, dass das Geld am Konto verloren ist - betrachten Sie es als Spielgeld.
Lassen Sie niemals Guthaben auf diesem virtuellen Konto!

Paypal versucht alle möglichen Daten von Ihnen zu bekommen. Die haben schon mehr daten von den Bürgern als die deutschen Behörden. Die Daten werden in der Supermacht USA gespeichert.
Ihre Daten werden niemals wieder gelöscht, selbst wenn Sie sich von allem ebay paypal- Mist abmelden
Sie werden Ihr Leben lang von ebay/paypal / Skype indentifizierbar bleiben.

Wenn Sie sicher überweisen wollen:
Nützen Sie die inernationale Banküberweisung mit IBAN und BIC Nummer.
Diese ist bei vielen Banken in der Eurozone kostenlos, und schnell.
IBAN und BIC stehen meistens auf dem Kontoauszug!

Der vielumworbene paypal-Käuferschutz ist eine Farce, und kostet Stunden von Zeit, bringt in vielen Fällen nichts.
Lieber den ebay-Käuferschutz in Anspruch nehmen, der ist ohne Risiko, funktioniert hin und wieder, ist aber auch umständlich.

Paypal ist eine unseriöse Firma ! Finger weg ist mein Rat
