As we know there are tariffs to be paid now on arrival of shipment to USA from INDIA.
If a Sale is done ,seller ships and a buyer refuses to pay tariffs at arrival of shipment, how will eBay protects its sellers? . My recent shipments to USA and Canada are on hold since a week.
What will happen if buyer refuses to pay duty?. There should be some seller protection if buyer refuses to pay the customs duty, . Some time back also i had to pay custom duty for a eBay buyer from Canada because there was no response from buyer. The date of delivery of my shipments has been extended , but all payments are on hold. Please release our funds and provide a solution.
