remiter names

my bank asking remiter names for closed the shipping bills.

actually my bank closing the shipping bills i am giving all documents to bank like awb,invoice,firc,and shipping bills etc.

but they saying who is the remiter of the payments. actulay in shipping bills its clearly showing names but in FIRC its showing ( ebay inc).so bank asking who will be the remitter . please help

Please note on your shipping bill, the consignor and consignee details are mentioned  as per the CSB V shipping format . On your FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate), the remitter shows as eBay Inc., since buyer pays to  eBay, and eBay remits  the payment to you. You will have to inform the bank that the remitter is eBay.

Incase your query is other than what has been mentioned here then please raise a dispute via the "Resolution Center" on the "https://www.ebayglobalshipping.com/" forum.
