I would like to ask from all ebay india sellers, does they often face situations where buyers raise fake ebay guarantee claim and left negative feedback for seller.  What you does in these situations ? Did anyone get any positive help from ebay india team in resolving cliam or removing negative feedback.  In my ase buyer is claiming that tempered glass is not of good quality it has some glue issue so it is not sticking properly on phone and he left a negative feedback. But my question is why he is complaining after 24 days of delivery.  What surprise me is that when i checked buyers feedback which he left for other sellers, he left 7 negative feedback out of 8 which clearly shows the bad intention of buyer. How is it possible that same buyer get bad (deal) purchase every time from different sellers. Hello Seller, I am not the new buyer from ebay however this is the 1st time I have got a damage product from ebay. So, I am highly disappointed with this service which I have got from ebay, I have promised myself not to purchase anything from ebay & also suggest all other friends & relatives of mine not to purchase from this portal. BTW when I have taken this product to my nearest shop they have stated me ebay has given me duplicate samsung power bank. How could I reputed ecommerce site like Ebay can do this. They are playing with the trust factor of the customer the reason why they are exists. Money doesn't matter the matter is faith which I have lost from this site. If you really value to your customer then take my product back & replace that then I will again go this site for future deals or else no. Also also share feedback in all the social media platforms.
