What ebay is doing for buyers who raise fake ebay guarantee claims and left negative feedback

I would like to ask from all ebay india sellers, does they often face situations where buyers raise fake ebay guarantee claim and left negative feedback for seller.  What you does in these situations ? Did anyone get any positive help from ebay india team in resolving cliam or removing negative feedback.  In my ase buyer is claiming that tempered glass is not of good quality it has some glue issue so it is not sticking properly on phone and he left a negative feedback. But my question is why he is complaining after 24 days of delivery.  What surprise me is that when i checked buyers feedback which he left for other sellers, he left 7 negative feedback out of 8 which clearly shows the bad intention of buyer. How is it possible that same buyer get bad (deal) purchase every time from different sellers. I would appericiate other co-sellers views on this and what we can do in these situations.

Its been 2 months since I started selling on ebay and it feels like - I AM DONE. We are in a wrong country. Buyer sucks your money, ebay claps sitting somewhere. I have no idea how ebay works like this? You write an email to customer service regarding any issue and they send you an automated reply everytime. They do not even bother to read carefully.

Every 10th order through my selling gets into a false claim. Buyer claim that they did not receive product and the shipping detail clearly shows that the item was delivered.

 

You cannot blaim a single person for this. Between the order placed and delivery there are 100s people invloved. You have no clue who's stealing that package.

 

Overall I am quite not satisfied with ebay selling thing. I am thinking of going the other way round and become a buyer 🙂
