wrong feedback

Buyer sarath1968 is leaving negative feedback to sellers without any reason.. he boght a pen from my shop and left a negative feedback writing "Unsatisfied", I tried to talk to him & he has no reason. I am ready to refund or replacement but now he is not picking the phone.

He is crazy buyer,beware of him.. same way he left a negative feedback to another seller lowestpricepromise for no good reason.

I request ebay community raise voice against such undesirable buyers.

Same issue with me with my id he left negative & Neutral he branch manager of bank but vary unsatified person talk with him so many time now taking my call tried so many time vary unfair
