My payment of sells made thru paisapay of dated 8/10/2010 was not recieved through subsequent payments had been credited in my bank a/c.Repeated telephonic contact only recieved standard reply that we are esclating your case and you will soon recieve the payment-which had not been recieved so far.One of the customer care executive even suggested that since they donot have any proof of sending my payment I should give them a bank's letter that I haven't recieved it.A very absurd solution snce trhere is no reference no or anything that I can produce to my banker to get the letter.
Any member having similiar problem may suggest what I should do to resolve the issue.
