sir , powership team should ask lsp to give exact weight in grams on pickup and at time of delivery , this will protect sellers from cheater buyers who make false claims like no item recived in box or ordred two received one.not only this if buyer claim like this ebay lsp should scan by xray every parcel what is there and should update in tracking ,as a suggestion please add more powership lsp and many item i lost as were rto but were delivered to buyer what is ebay ps doing there , and many items whwn i claimed they told its past 45 days case we have no data , while its showing in tracking , they should always help sellers with such losses in ps
