strange problem

ok well one of my buyers has actually recieved the item and also has left me a good feedback(he is a good buyer for sure)

but the problem is he has still to confirm that he has recieved the product

now if he does not confirm it even after recieveing product and also giving me positive feedback when will these funds be transfered in my account

from the date order is placed with you : 7 days for dispatching the item + 10 days for receiving the item by the buyer + 5 days grace period for the buyer to confirm receipt of the item. that many days it will take.

Call him up and ask them to confirm the item or send a mail thru ebay. Say that till they do not confirm your payment is held up with ebay. They usually confirm after this email.

yah i did mail him and he told he didnt knew about it and i think he was a bit confused

he did click it once i told him about my problem
