I ordered something on eBay I paid that transaction via phonepe. The amount is deducted via my account, phonepe is showing that my transaction is successful but when I checked my eBay account there is no such transaction. I talked to both the costumer care support, phonepe said from our side your transaction is confirmed then I talked to eBay costumer care, they said that may be due to slow connection it happened, my money will be refunded in 5 days. I don't understand that why my money refunded to me at that time when my transaction is declined via eBay and if my connection was slow then how I was able to do a bank transaction for payment of that product. This is bull**bleep**, if someone wants it's product soon and for some reason transaction is declined via eBay then the person have to wait 5 days to refund then order again then wait for shipping then you will have the product.
