need help changing the shipping detail

hi guys actually i have some problem shipping a certain product to my customer

he has full knowledge about the problem and is ready to help me out

now i need to put the new shipping details as due to certain reasons the previous airbill was nulled by the company and now i need to change it

can any1 tell me what should i do so that nor me or buyer phases any problem

hi sir the only problem i am facing is that i checked unmark the the product as shipped so to change the shipping details

i had no idea u cannot change them even after clicking unmarked as shipped

now the buyer is very nice and we have concluded that we will go through with the deal

now my only question is how to make the shipment again marked as shipped also how to change the airbill number

should i just leave it as it is or should i change it?

the buyer is very good and i think the deal should go ok

any advice would be great

Hi paraskhosla160,

In some cases, the shipping details needed to be changed because of various reasons.

Email the new shipping details to the customer. Get the POD from the courier company once its delivered and file it.

This is because in case of any charge backs or verification from the PaisaPay end. ---------------

  I did my one of item as unmarked shipped by mistakenly. so now i have to change that as shipped item and change the shipping details also please tell me what should i do for the same.
