If you are selling to customers directly then fill your return under B2C Small section. If selling exempted items then submit under Nil Rated Supply.

I would suggest you to take professional help of a CA.

you should file your returns on gstr 1 under b2c section.

you can file using online and offline method.

other than ecommerce option only is available in gst portal.so you can able to file only under ' other than ecommerce' option.

for july month return filing,september 10 is the last date.so file your returns soon.

submit under GSTR1-B2C OTHERS IN ONLINE MODE
If you are filing using offline tool file under b2cs(b2c small)

i think they have extended the date for filing return for july month.the last date for filing GSTR-1 is oct-10
