please make following rule for the wellfare of sellers
feedback should remove , in case ebay gurrante case rejected by ebay
for eg. buyer left negative and also apply for gurrante claim , in that case gurrante team found that seller made no mistake in that cases feedbacks should be remove
That should normally be the case. However, eBay says that result of ebay claims can't decide the removal of negative or neutral feedback. Very unfortunate!!!
me too agree with this ...buyer is leaving negative feedback and asking for replacement item....specially for screenguard if they are unable to apply it properly....
my sold item received by buyer as on 06th July 2013 but its today 08th, buyer claimed for money back and leave negative feedback. only seller are not cheater buyer also cheating with seller.
Once refund is granted whether by the seller or by eBay under eGurantee (Powership), the buyer should be prevented from slapping any feedback.
The buyers can see seller feedback profile and gauge the honesty and sincerity of the seller to good extent whereas the sellers have no such chance to either go ahead with the sale or cancel the sale. There is one provision to cancel and refund but there the buyer has been given chance to slap negative feedback for the cancelled sale / Refunded sale also. There should be no provision to buyers to offer their feedback for the cancelled sale by the seller and refunded cases. Such measure will enhance the security to sellers.
