ebay has taken me into an a/c of seller non performance
just let me know some thing how can ebay take the same thing
some buyers left me a negative feedback
i have approach to the consumer court there my case has been gone into voting for more than 7 days
it won't provide any solution
they want us to be expertize
but how can we do the same
they want 1% customer dissatisfaction not more than that
how we can provide them
on an average i sell around 500 products in a month and according to that each business have around 5% up and down ratio while watching to that ebay won't improve the same the buyer gave us neutral which we can't remove
only have option of 5 feedack revision request for 1000 feedback its totally a dissatisfied policy laid down be ebay
ebay take action on us if we fail to comply any policy but what about the buyers
when we told them to check the parcel in front of the courier person they won't check the same and later on told us that we have received an empty parcel
thats too bad how can we prove that thing
please let me know your valuable suggestion so that i can work as best after 30 days

First thing we would advice is that you put an appropriate message on your shop title that ebay has done this to you.
Every seller has a set of loyal customers and they might go into believing that you exited out of ebay.
Also you could speed up all the court cases so that your stats are repaired.
Its totally true that ebay policies are not very seller friendly and they actually need to rectify their policy.
The statistical department seems to be screwed up.
Also you could start a new id till the time being so that you dont lose on the business.You have good products for good prices with good service.Things will be fine.Its just a matter of time.

I had written a mail to ebay a month back asking them to stop buyers with less than 5 feedbacks from posting a negative feedback directly. They need to post in a similar community and get negative feedback approved.This small change will greatly improove our lives.
Ebay gets money from buyers and that is all that it cares for.If they become a little strict then things will be better.
Regular buyers are well versed with ebay policies and hence usually do not do all these silly stuff.
Good buyers and Novie buyers need to be separated.
A classic case happened today morning.A buyer sent a message yesterday(sunday) that he did not recieve the order.
I replied that it was hipped next day and tomorrow we will find from courier guys and update.Early morning he left a negative.When I aske why he said , he got no communiation from me.He checked his personal email id.How will a seller know his personal email id. He got his packet today.
Buyers wont change.We have to live with them till ebay wakes up.

Im the latest casualty of this DSR thing.
I give free shipping on 90% of my products still i have 4.5 DSR for it.
I try and send it the same day but as they are expensivew items , the courier companies stop them for different reason so it take max 2-3 days after payment still 4.4 DSR.
Alredy i have filed in community court for wuthdrwal of negative feedbacks:
I recd them as
1) A buyer said he recd a phone which is made in UK but i DUPED him as accs are said to be made in China.
WHO WILL EXPLAIN THEM THAT EACH AND EVERY ACC TODAY IS MADE IN CHINA REGARDLESS OF MAIN PRODUCT
I think we are scapegoats of this system where BUYER IS GOD AND SELLER IS STUPID TO SELL.
2) The other gave me a negative feedback as he said i have stolen the bluetooth headset which company is giving now with the phone
Someone just tell me HE BUYS A USED PIECE 5 MOPNTHS OLD BUT NEEDS LATEST OFFERS WHAT TO DO ABOUT HIM
Already the sales were down and upon that this TnS restriction.
God save us sellers before we get EXTINCT from this website.

I am a new sller and selling on ebay from last 3 months...I got email from ebay that my paisapay registration have been suspended without mentioning any reason and all my paipay payments on hold...I coul not understan what went wrong. I talked to customer support executive he told me that 2 paisapay id payment is going back to the buyer, I asked him why he said he dont know...I talked to buyer he said i have not made any complaint...Now What should I do without knowing the exact reasons....IS KYC verification is mandatory.. They did'nt ask me about KYC verification if it is mandatory. Please help me

It also happened with me, and the customer care is not going to help you, they will give you a diffrent answer every time you call.
Pleas try to remember if your buyer used your computer or you used your buyer computer. It happens when you and your buyer log in from same ip.
Did soemthing like this happen to you in those two transactions?

All your concerns are genuine. Recently I found one major loop-hole in the eBay system and none of the people at eBay are able to fix it or reply to me.
eBay has provided a "Blocked Bidder" facility to a seller. But this is of no use to any seller. When you block a bidder because of their harassment to you, then the same bidder can register another account and place orders.
Recently, I blocked a bidder because he used to demand huge discount after purchasing products from me. He used to ask such discounts that were impossible to give (30% to 40%). He also used to send me very aggressive emails due to which I added this buyer in my Blocked Bidder's list. Now the same buyer has registered another account and purchased goods worth USD 360.00 and they have continued the same demands in the new account also.
When I contacted eBay about this, they said they cannot help me. This means sellers are not at all protected on eBay.

I have received a mail attached at the end of this message regarding my paipapay a/c suspension without mentioning the proper reason just stated that Ebay Policy violation...How do I know what polcy I have violated...User got the items and Ebay is going to make a refund them also.. Can anybody tell what would me the reason of a/c suspension and how it can be reinstated...They have suspended my paisapay a/c permanently what it means i can't do business at anymore or something else....please suggest me the possible solutions
