Just see these case:
1. Buyer purchased item which was shipped next day by DTDC courier for Delhi, on 5th day buyer emailed saying no courier movement. I did not wait to confirm with DTDC and on the same day I sent out another parcel to this buyer by speedpost which was received within the time period. Still the buyer gave me negative feedback saying "seller used bad courier service".
2 Buyer purchases product and receives it 4 days time at Trivandrum. Informs me next day, product is working but something loose inside. I said send it back for replacement or take a refund. buyer says I will not send it back give my full refund or I will give neutral. I said ok the loose part is just the battery clip, get it repaired, I will bear the expense for that. Buyer was obviously telling lies and gave a Neutral feedback.
Tell me is it my fault to get such feedback.
