The Italian eBayers community is facing a crisis which involves two important eBay Italy executives.
The community found Paola Bonomo, senior director manager at eBay, and Nicola Marconato, manager at eBay Motors Italy, helping irregularly the presence of Renault Italy in a new selling activity on eBay.
Paola Bonomo announces on her blog the opening of the new Renault Italy shop: http://blogs.ebay.it/paola1969/entry/Negozio-ufficiale-Renault-su-eBay/_W0QQidZ740513013#comments
When checking it, it results that Nicola Marconato (id nicola.marconato, id asinello viola) and other eight accounts have sold Renault keyrings to the Renault group for € 0.01, breaking many of the rules of eBay. Nicola Marconato surely committed feedback abuse and did not say he was an eBay employee.
Asinelloviola is Nicola Marconato, see http://myworld.ebay.it/asinelloviola and http://www.linkedin.com/in/nicolamarconato.
He is an eBay manager and says: “I hate collectors”.
These are the screen prints of the selling of the feedbacks, before eBay tried to cancel the evidence of the facts, deleting the feedbacks.
The biddings for the cars sold by Renault Italy probably have been shell biddings .
It is easy to understand it by seeing the development of the negotiation.
The Italian eBayers community is protesting; this is happening just when eBay is trying to make more difficult to search objects with Best Match, and is adopting strict measures towards those ebayers who have a low score on their DSR
The Italian eBayers community wants the Italian managers to apologize, and to be punished for those serious violations to the rules and to the trust which constitutes the basis of eBay values.
eBay Italy has not commented on the fact yet, and it seems like it is just trying to delete the evidence of what has happened.
