ebay.com stores signup

Hi,

I have been trying to set up a store on ebay.com for international selling for the last few days.
The first requirement it has is to place my credit card on file, but it is giving an error when I enter my credit card details.
It keeps saying that the Card-Identification-Number is not correct. I've tried a debit card and 2 credit card. 2 Mastercard & 1 Visa.
But it gives the same error every time.
Is there a successful way to do this?

In order to subscribe to a store on eBay US, you need to be KYC compliant. I would have someone from our team reach out to you to help you subscribe to a store.
