Dear All,
Today when I went to post office to send a registered letter with documents the guy on the counter asked me to fill custom clearance form. When I said I am sending just a normal letter he replied:
"new rule has come all registered letters should be accompanied with custom clearance of irrespective of whtr its a letter or whatever".
Now please help that if I am sending stamps to my friends abroad do I have to pay custom duty?
and if yes where I have to pay and how much?
