courier guys fault what to do ?

I have send tupperware through blaze flash to the buyer on 26.12.08 but till now the product did not reached the buyer, I did not give any insurance to the buyer. the couier guys says that the parsel is missed, what am i to do now? I have to bear all the loss. Do suggest me about the other courier company with cheaper rate.

so you didn,t pay any insurance for the Item,

blaze flash is bestone, in some cases they missed the items, not blaze flash, all courier services having same problem,

I suggest to you, DTDC and professional couriers is best one @ cheap rates,

Overnight extress also one of the bestone,

Hey... MAke a Bond And submit to consumer court about the loss of parcel .. also first contact the higher authorities of BlazeFlash...

and Now onwards make a contract with a general insurance company... after contract it will charge you unbelivable Rates!! like for 5000rs only 20-50rs!!

Dear Mr.Ashok,

DTDC services have been gone bad from past 6-8 months. Its better to use First Flight instead of DTDC.

AS YOU TOLD THAT YOUR PARCEL IS LOST ,YOU MUST CLAIM FOR REFUND TO BLAZE FLASH , ONCE MY PACKET WAS LOST THEN DTDC WEBSITE SHOWS THAT IT LOST BY BRANCH , AND I GOT 100 % OF MY MONEY .......

I am selling since 2006. I have always used DTDC. Never had any problem. They are cheap and always on time.

Hi Guys,

As from my previous experiences, please do not to couriers which are cheap.. It may be good for shipping non-documents. but comin to electronics, its a high risk in shipping with cheaper couriers...

I usually go with TNT, DHL and Bluedart.. which may be a little bit expensive, but they are always safe!!!
