Beaware of nkjains

There is user by login Id "nkjains" beware of this guy he is fraud and big cheat. Does not pay up after purchasing item. He give confidence that once a seller ships the item he would determinately pay up but would ditches you instead. And also leaves negative feedback for seller. The system of negative marking for buyers should be reintroduced. For teaching lesson to these kind of buyers.

Why do you make so much noise when nkjains has given a negative feedback given to you. You have consistently got very bad quality negative feedback from many buyers all claiming you to be a "f***d".
All have the same type of complaint against you and the best part is that you have replied to all the same thing that "buyer does not read the description". Tell how is it possible that so many people do not read your description. In what language do you write, Greek ??.

Below is the list of negative that you have received and all have the same complaint:
1).nkjains....fruad(420)seller misusing ebay he will not send item as shown dont buy from him
2).sheejakasim....sneding junk things not maching the listing
3).mohuamukherjee....Beware of this Fraud and cheat seller.He has selling Used product mentioned New
4).mac13_in1....this product is not working ? it is defective and junk player.
5).ashokluthra101....SELLER IS A FRAUD. GOODS NOT SUPPLIED AS SHOWN IN PICTURE I.E. COOLING FAN

It is very surprising that with feedback score of 69.2 you are allowed to operate on ebay. Regards.

I don't understand is it my fate or the buyer mistake. I can give answers to all the above listing you can confirm with relevant buyers about the real story.

nkjains: Sold a Used Nokia 6233 mobile absolutely in excellent working condition which is 1 and half year old which i mentioned to the buyer on phone. After final purchase he realized that he paid high price for the piece which he could get cheaper elsewhere. I told him I can offer him discount if pay by DD but he did not listen. Hence feeling of cheating arisen for paying more price by his choice and unnecessarily blaming the seller for fraud and cheat. Which frankly I did not do any fraud with him.
Sheejakasim: He admited that he did not read the note bellow the main description which he should have. "* Note: The Television is 10 years old may require minor repairing. Product may differ from the picture shown. Strictly No Returns & Refunds after final purchase."

mohuamukherjeee: I admit my part of my mistake as I sold the 3 months product as new. I apologized him and also gave him gifts.

mac13_in & ashokluthra: Both again did not read the note in the description.

Why most of advertiser write Buy one get another free and in the end they write terms and condition apply are they are fraud too. Is Maruti, Toyota, Airtel Relaince, Vodafone and many more top brands are fraud and cheat too.

Please answer this then you will get answer to your question. Why I allowed to operate. Even you might be doing same things. I also bought on ebay But I read each smallest line and make my decision not behave like in matured people who have marked me fraud. I really pitty on them

I hope you realize for your sake the difference between what you are doing and the example you've quoted.
What you are doing is equivalent to Maruti telling you the car has a 1000cc engine but equipping it with a 3 500cc one i.e. lying about core functionality.

Also most of these companies have been dragged to consumer court and have had to pay hefty fines to the consumer - you need to think whether you can afford it if the consumer court asks you to pay 20 times the product cost in fines.

Oh, and the only reason you're allowed to sell is because eBay doesn't care about seller feedback or buyer safety as long as you pay your fees - your selling practices however, are clearly mala fide.

At least I am frank about my product which I am selling. Eg. When i say old mobile I also mention how much old it is and what problem it has in mdy selling terms. If buyer reads it and still buy it then who's fault it is. After final I again ask the buyer about the description and is he ok with the terms. If buyer agrees then only i ship the item otherwise i cancel the transaction. Ebay does know about my sales and buys and ebay has cancelled many sellers accounts who have done real fraud as they have to keep up their goodwill of their site. Ebay aware what kind of seller I am and hence my acccount still active. Once I was dragged to Consumer court but buyer lost the case on ground that he did not take any clarificatoon from regarding the product which i supplied to him and my terms was well documented which he did not read it.

Hi Saurabh ji,

I have gone through the description of your listings. You mention all the great functions and Special Features of that used product but DO NOT mention how old the product is or what are the defects of that item. You have just mention in the Condition that it is used and nowhere else. You have mentioned the Note of the item in a very small font size that a reader should use a lens to read it.

This is not a good practice of selling used items.

Why do you break your head against a brick wall. He will keep on giving foolish answers. When he is crazy enough to compare his puny trade with MNC's, I think we should leave it at that.
EBay gets their fees they are happy.
Its the buyers who should shop with their eyes open. Until then such sellers will thrive on ebay and keep on giving bad name to genuine sellers.

I am genuine seller that all I want to say to the community. I have no guilt feeling for my act. Why should I break my head over brick wall guy people of RAJ Electronics.

I just wanted to make aware nkjains deeds to the community. If community want's fraud cheat like nkjains then I am sorry. I can just pity on this community.

can't any seller have regular buyers. What a joke. George is a loyal buyer. There are more buyers who buy from me offline to this is because of my geuninity and frankness. Raj don't you have regular buyers.
