it was working fine when it started but now its gone useless
the jury is not intrested in voting which leads to status quo i.e. no removal of feedbacks
it sucks...

Unable means both ways its valid, how does ebay prove that unable means NEGATIVE should be retained.
Unable means that the jury is undecided if Negative should go or not and if it cannot decide that Negative should go then it is also undecided that it should be retained, then how come ebay interprets undecided jury outcome in the favour of the buyer and not seller from whom they earn their daily bread.
Please enlighten us ebay.

and the feedback review system in which a feedback older than 1month can not be revised which is also not good for sellers because when buyer is ready to remove the feedback but there is no way a seller can do anything because community court jury is also not intrested in voting for the case which leads to negative feedback retained and later ebay trust and safety team files seller non performance to restrict selling
*buyers often leave negative due to some mistake and they are ready for removal but community court does not help genuine sellers cause, there are misunderstandings bound to happen because neither the buyer nor seller has knows each other.

While the Community Court does have it's downsides, I think it is a great and useful initiative.
Personally, we have had a really unfair feedback removed using the Community Court.
Eventually, we are guessing there will be enough Jury to vote.
Give it a chance, it's a great move forward.

The negative is still there stating that the required votes were not received by the jury. If the jury cannot or is not interested in voting for the cases than why is it there.
I really think the community court is Useless.
Can Anyone from eBay help us out regarding the same and help us serve the community better.
Thank you

ineffective day by day.
it should be the duty of ebay representative to remind jury to vote because no one bothers to vote for anyone.

the community court system should be removed.
Many of our feedbacks cannot be removed even if our buyers want to remove it.Ebay should remove this system immediately

Community courts are a good initiative , step in the right direction , the only modification that is required is to reduce the time period of the overall process .
