buyers not acknowledging receipt of items

There are a cuuple of buyers who are not marking item as
received on ebay even though they have confirmed receipt
on phone. What is the status of my remitance in this case>

After the delivery deadline buyer would get 5 days to confirm receipt. If he doesnt it would be treated as received and you would get the Money.
