im new to eBay. buyer protection claim found favour on me, 60 days passed away, till now i din receive the claim amt from eBay. i don kno wat ot do..

This imtwatches (32894Feedback score is 25,000 to 49,999) person has NOT shipped a Steelers Hat I purchased on 2-13-06. I filed a claim with Pay Pal and he finally contacted me and asked me to cancel the claim and the hat would be sent. Of course it never got to me and once you close a claim it cannot be reopened. This person sells sports Memorabilia and if you look at a couple of pages of his feedback then you will see I am not the only one.

Some times it happens. Close the dispute and ask for refund from eBay. ---------------

I have the similar problem with the buyer.
They want normal postage service - not signed for, and after that they claim and open a case: not receive the Item.
Ebay want from me to refund the money.
I have Royal Mail receipt for my postage - but E-bay not take this like a prof of postage. Only tracking number.
So the buyer have my Item and the money. This is totally unfair.
Why the seller shout be responsible for the postage, if the buyer want to save money from Signed for.
I hate this E-bay politic. it's totally unfair.
