Dear D.J,

I thank you for starting TOP SELLERS Award, in most of the categories.

But there are few issues.. I would like your attention.

1. For the first 3 days the BANNER was not at all visible on my side. I mean ...is it like a home page with various OPTIONS ? ( Not visible to occassional Buyers but visible to frequent Buyers....LOL )

2. Since then it.... occassionally DISAPPEARED.( I have posted a Topic on VOICES too that the promotion isn't 24x30 hours)

3. Due to festive season ....this Promotion hasn't been effective.

4. Extending it for a week would be an excellent idea.

Hi Everyone,
We offer our apologies for the top seller banners not appearing continuously. As pointed out by you, we too found that the problem was intermittent. We have still not been able to identify the exact cause because of which this is happening.

However, to compensate for the same, we will be extending the duration for which the banners appear by one more week so that our top sellers get maximum visibility.

Also, we agree with cameras_n_such's idea of mementoes. We are planning for the same and will post an update on this in a couple of days.
