Who is my Accounts Manager? ;)

hi,

my question might appear silly to some but i really dont know as to who is my accounts manager? while i do get all the assistance from a few members of ebay team, they clearly are not the accounts manager. will be grateful if the accounts manager earmarked for me can contact me or vice versa..


looks odd to ask this question myself after having sold thousands of items and post 800+ feedbacks. but as we learnt in schools, one who is afraid of asking rarely learns or grows 🙂

i m sorry. i am aware he is OOO and i am in regular touch with him over the phone even now. but since he also has an additional role, the doubt occurred to me and also since there were few other gentlemen from eBay who had advised and helped me in the past with my business on eBay.

Our account manager Mr. Ameet Shah last spoke to us during January 2011 when we requested for our 02 Nos. September, 2010 DOWs credit in below thread i.e.

The credit for one deal was received between 24-26 January while the credit of another DOW was first posted in our account on 26.-27 Jan and later immediately reversed.

We sent an email to CC in this regard with complete details on 14.4.2011 but the same credit is still awaited....
