For PaisaPay ID 43264694076 we got a prepaid Order. Buyer Didn't Accepted the Courier Delivery and item returned back to us and now it is reflecting as a defect rate. Why the Transaction is being counted as Defect Rate in eBay System. What did we do wrong as Seller and where did case closed without seller resolution. We even helped out the Buyer in Return Process as he stated he doesn't need the item. We as Sellers suffer even if we get 1 such transaction out of 200 and loss our Power Seller Status. Just cause of this small negligence in the eBay system. This is Unfair trading practice against seller from eBay new guidelines. This is serious Loop-Hole. Why would any Seller co-operate with buyer if such situation's are created. We consider you guys will see to the whole transaction and remove it as a defect rate. We will forced to approach legally as such unfair policies causes a serious threat to our reputation and business. Please update or provide a proper resolution to this Query at earliest. ebay's defect rate rating is a joke....
ebay is punishing some of it's best sellers for no fault of their's.... when a buyer rejects deliveries, when the shipping address is wrong, when the buyer is not available to take delivery....in many such cases ebay is unfairly penalizing good sellers...
ebay never listens to its sellers and so there is little hope that anything will be done in this matter....

our account got restricted due to defect rate but that was not our fault ebay does not have clear return policy like other have so they simple refund buyer and tell them to keep product with them and block sellers account. matter solved
