My Buyer tried to buy the item from my shop. When clicking buy it now she is getting "Transaction Blocked Sorry!! We are unable to process your request"

Not able to buy. Anyone knows the reason why it is haappening. Please give me the reason.

its because of buyer have 0 feedback and his account is not sms verified...

It is coming for all the customers.. ebay customer support is telling technical issue and it will take 72 hrs to resolve

If that is the case, Can you please click the "Buy it now" button in any of the item in my shop and please let me know whether you are getting the error or not.
