Buyers are not aware that they have to confirm receipt on eBay when they receive the items.Nor eBay is bothered to explain them.

there should be auto confirmation immediately once the parcel is shown as delivered through tracking. even after calling, sending them steps on how to confirm, they just refuse to cooperate stating reasons that they are not understanding the steps to confirm the receipt.
