Dear Friends,
I have bid on 2 items costing total INR 25K. Buyer who just registered on 29th Jan 2010 with feedback so far 1 (one).
My worries are:
1) eBay will hold money till buyer confirm receipt.
2) I don't see any possibility of tracked shipment
3) Buyer may and my instinct tell me will either claim "non-receipt" or "chargeback" to fraud me.
Please tell me how to deal with this situation or simply deny buyer this transaction based on value and reputation or feedback.
If I go with transaction, I am worried for above, if I don't negative will be in my plate.
