Selling on EBAY is becoming a REAL Headache Now-a-days.

As a seller I am facing more difficult days as buyers have become MORE BOLD and MORE SHAMELESS. YES IT IS TRUE.

Even after reading all the terms and conditions of sale customers buy the product and then ask for replacements or refund far beyond the stipulated time period AND even in cases were we have offered no warranty and refund buyers extort us for replacement and refund only because ebay has given them the power of NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

I really don't know how much longer I can survive this onslaught of such buyers. One cannot even reason with the buyers as to the cause of delay by the courier or even about the quality of the product. People buy items worth Rs.100/- and expect it to perform like the original item costing Rs.1000/-. All this because they can give NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND WE CANNOT.

i have 1 negative feedback and i have appeal in the comminty court but after around more then 30 day r over i have not got any judgement
now wen i login in to comminty court it say that there r no appal from ur side

Hello friend, I am new to ebay. N i feel same as you that sellers should have get the same priority as buyers are getting. The power of negative feedback.
Then the ebay community is the only place where we can address our selling issue.

don't worry the buyers are very smart on ebay, he will send you some ordinary battery and then say that he had sent correct batteries and YOU the seller is telling LIES because you want TO CHEAT the customer and NOT HONOR warranty and then he will threaten to give you NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

All smart buyers on ebay are doing the same jig on ebay nowadays. I have had my share of many such buyers.

What I am thinking of doing is giving such buyers POSITIVE feedback but with a NEGATIVE remark, that's all that we sellers can do at this moment. At least people will read the negative remark given by the seller.

ITS THE BEST WAY TO GIVE POSITIVE WITH BAD REMARKS

IT MAY GIVE US THE IDEA OF BUYER

AND WE CAN APPEAL TO EBAY WHEN WE GET BUYER LIKE THIS WHO HAAD PAST RECORD OF BLACKMAILING OTHER SELLERS TOO.

Yeah Raj, thats one of the good idea.

And also request you all to keep the communication with the buyers through email. So that it can be used as a proof to handle such buyers.
